Kameshwar Baitha is a member of the 15th Lok Sabha of India. He represented the Palamu constituency of Jharkhand.

He is now the state President of All India Trinamool Congress Jharkhand Unit.

Kameshwar Baitha was born in a village in the Bishrampur block of the Palamu district (then part of Bihar).
